Those interested in alternative learning methods can offer added value in Paraguay and in our family village.
In our leisure camp, children can participate in various activities together, including arts and crafts, painting, dancing, singing, creating their own garden, cooking and eating together, and planning and carrying out projects of varying sizes in and around the forest. They can also care for animals and develop new ideas for the leisure park. All ball sports activities are available on the sports field, as well as cycling or mountain biking on the forest trails.
This can be used through school, homeschooling, or independent learning so that children can playfully and actively learn useful things for their future and their lives together, and grow together as a young community. Based on the principle "the younger ones learn from the older ones".
You can choose your projects and the resources you need to implement your activities and projects, either on your own or with guidance from parents, grandparents, or volunteer companions.

Regardless of the path you're already on and what you want to continue down, parents know their children best, and family circumstances must also fit into everyday life and family life. What seems right for one person might not work for another. Every child is unique and has different needs, and so is life and our community.
We are planning our own private school within our nature-based residential park. Based on the principles of the WISE Education Organisation in Costa Rica, the "School Camp" will serve as a safe, natural environment to facilitate structured, creative learning without pressure, and tailored to the individual needs and pace of each child.

Between 10 and 25 minutes away you will find other good private and public schools, including those that speak German and English.
There are paths suitable for walking or jogging. The sports field will also offer opportunities for other sports and activities, such as inline skating, basketball, and volleyball with future friends.
We offer all children and young people our leisure park, which serves as an additional opportunity for the creative development of their natural abilities, complementing the visual arts.

Forest gardens - building a food garden for our future
We are planning a forest garden, a food forest/orchard, and vegetable cultivation in various locations where fruit trees already grow and thrive.
Over time, fruit trees will grow on various natural areas, following the principles of permaculture, in harmony with the natural environment, sustainably, quickly, healthily and abundantly under certain ideal, natural conditions.
With this concept, we want to ensure that we can gradually feed ourselves with our own products, especially fruits and vegetables.
GOOD LIFE: Leisure and Lifestyle at Alma Hills
A place to live and enjoy life, carefree and fulfilled
We are planning several communal areas for leisure use in 2027:
A natural lake with a private sandy beach with palm trees and a jetty, also suitable for anglers and those seeking peace and quiet.
A forest leisure park for various sports activities for young and old, with hiking and cycling trails, a playground, animal enclosures, picnic and barbecue areas.
A clubhouse with a large pool and lounge area, including a restaurant and bar with a large covered terrace and open kitchen, games area, for social gatherings such as celebrations, dining, workshops and seminars.
A village shop with its own café for buying and selling its own manufactured goods as well as those of other suppliers.
A private beach club, 40 minutes away from the residential park, as a holiday resort with access to the river for all water sports enthusiasts and water fans, for the exclusive use of Alma Hills owners against an annual membership, start planned for 2027.
Water sports activities such as canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding, jet skiing, boating and fishing are possible here.
Forest-Call - a botanical garden for our soul
Preserve and protect the forest and its animals, and create a space for recreation.
The future botanical forest park will serve as a nature reserve to protect the animals living there and to preserve the diverse tropical plants and native wildlife.
The nature garden is being created on over 25 hectares, a quiet, idyllic space for discovery, learning, relaxation and unwinding.
