OUR LIFE JOURNEY STORY IN PARAGUAY
Our names are Daniel & Daria Kösler.
Our story of unplanned emigration began in 2020 and a lockdown after 4 days of our holiday trip to Paraguay.
We went on holiday to Paraguay and we stayed.
We have lived in Paraguay ever since and have not regretted our decision for a single day.
REASONS FOR OUR EMIGRATION
As international managers, HR directors, and sales managers in leadership positions, we led very externally controlled and time-bound lives, even if they were financially secure. We lacked only one thing: time.
When we became parents at the age of 40, our whole lives changed in one day.
We decided to change our living conditions. Time became important. To improve our living conditions, we had to rethink our approach and, above all, reduce our costs.
The idea of emigration arose.
After extensive research, Paraguay seemed ideal to us:
Safe, affordable, easy immigration conditions, good climate, international expats and European influences, growing and very attractive from a tax perspective.
Our greatest adventure began with a get-to-know-you holiday. Paraguay!

Our first residential park
THE CREATION OF OUR FIRST RESIDENTIAL PARK "CAMPO TIROL"
The search for like-minded people led us to our place of residence and our first family village.
Our first project, "the family village Campo Tirol," was created within 3 years with people who were interested in self-sufficiency and a self-determined, slower-paced life.
The family village quickly took shape and attracted families, couples, and neighbors. An independent, peaceful neighborhood community developed.
After our first project "CAMPO TIROL" we decided to realize a new, larger residential project with similar basic principles and values: natural, independent, neighborly and safe.
