Life in Alma Hills

A family village with a future and magnificent views

From families for families

This project is a project close to our hearts; we want to create a home and a peaceful place in a natural, safe environment for like-minded families.

This residential project is already our second family project in Paraguay.

The entire residential project covers 100 hectares (1,000,000 m²), of which 40% is pristine forest and natural landscape with streams, springs, and a hilly, idyllic setting; 60% is a natural residential park, beautifully integrated into the natural environment. A guaranteed treat for nature lovers.

Our vision

In harmony with nature, for our future and the future of our children

We make optimal use of the natural features of the site for the design of our nature-based residential park. The preservation of the primeval forest with its flora and fauna is particularly important to us, as is the rescue and preservation of other forest areas and the wildlife that inhabits them.

The aim is to gradually secure further forest plots with the generated revenue and to leave them naturally as a forest park.

Our values:

For a happy life and a peaceful future for us and our children.

For cooperation instead of confrontation.

Free, independent and safe.

Community and neighborhood

Community through shared creation

The demand for housing and a life in safety, peace with like-minded people and the greatest possible independence is rising rapidly in a world like the one we are currently experiencing.

Independence & Neighborly Community

We see ourselves as a private, closed neighborhood community, with exclusive access for residents and owners.

Each member owns their own property with a registered land title and is completely independent.

The communal areas can be used jointly by the members.

A monthly flat fee is charged for cleaning and maintenance of these communal areas, including streets and footpaths.

Principles for communal living, based on safety, nature conservation and mutual respect, are an integral part of our future peaceful neighborhood.
